At the CeBit 2009, Zotac revealed three new graphics cards in the GeForce GTS 250 series called GeForce GTS 250 512MB, GeForce GTS 250 1GB and GeForce GTS 250 AMP! Edition. The high-performance graphic cards are bundled with a range of technologies that should ideally suit the needs of gamers.

Loaded with 128 high-speed programmable stream processors, the GeForce GTS 250 graphics card series are specifically designed for fast 3D games. They bundle high-speed GDDR3 memory technology alongside a 256-bit memory interface that reproduces high-resolution textures and more real visuals

The GeForce GTS 250 Amp! Edition graphics card includes a 750MHz engine clock with 1890MHz Shader clock, 2300 MHz memory clock and 1GB GDDR3 memory. As for the GTS 250 512MB and the GeForce GTS 250 1GB, the cards pack in a 738 MHz engine clock, 1836 MHz Shader clock, 2200 MHz memory clock and 512MB or 1GB GDDR3 memory.

Some common features of the graphics card series are a unified architecture, PCI Express 2.0 interface compatible with 1.1, PureVideo HD technology, high-definition hardware decoding acceleration, Dual dual-link DVI up to 2560×1600, nView multi-display and the XIII Century game bundle. The cards are also compatible to the OpenGL 2.1, DirectX DirectX 10 with Shader Model 4.0.
